On September 20th, the 24th National Citizen Moral Propaganda Day, the Supreme People's Procuratorate released the "Typical Cases of Procuratorial Organs Fulfilling Their Duties in Accordance with the Law and Promoting the Integration of Socialist Core Values into the Construction of the Rule of Law (Third Batch)", showcasing the practical achievements of procuratorial organs in promoting socialist core values and advancing the construction of a rule of law society through high-quality and efficient prosecution and case handling.
A total of 6 typical cases have been released in this batch, namely: the civil public interest lawsuit filed by the People's Procuratorate of Baoding City, Hebei Province against a company in Yixian County for infringing on the portraits, reputations, and honors of the five heroes and martyrs of Langyashan, the support lawsuit filed by the People's Procuratorate of a county in Shanxi Province against Zhang Moufang's application to revoke the guardianship rights of Zhou Moujun and Li Moujiao, the support lawsuit filed by the People's Procuratorate of Luozhuang District, Linyi City, Shandong Province against Wang Mouying and Li Moushuai's motor vehicle traffic accident damage compensation dispute, the protest lawsuit filed by the procuratorial organ of Hubei Province against Zhu Moulan, Cai Mouyu, and Zhu Moulong's joint property division dispute, the retrial proposal filed by the procuratorial organ of Hengyang City, Hunan Province against He Mou, Hu Mouhua, and Chen Mou's guarantee contract dispute, and the Supreme People's Administrative appeal case for the determination of work-related injuries in a certain flat.
These typical cases were all completed in the past two years, which well reflects the effectiveness of the procuratorial organs in handling each case with high quality and efficiency. The case presents three characteristics: firstly, it focuses on the hot and difficult points of people's livelihood, focuses on the issues of public morality and virtues that the masses are concerned about, common behavioral deviations, and frequent conflicts and disputes, covering situations such as suing and abusing the portraits of heroes and martyrs for profit, supporting the lawsuit to revoke the guardianship rights of those who were born without support, and protesting to safeguard the rights and interests of children who fulfill their obligation to support them. Through vivid and lively livelihood cases, it conveys values such as patriotism, friendliness, integrity, rule of law, and justice; The second is to fully demonstrate the achievements of prosecutorial performance, involving multiple functions such as protest, retrial prosecutorial suggestions, support for prosecution, and public interest litigation.
