At Luogang Park in Hefei, Anhui Province, with the high-speed rotation of the rotor, an EH216-S unmanned manned electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft smoothly took off from the Luogang Air Traffic Operations Center in Hefei, witnessing the continuous development of Hefei's low altitude industry.
From complete machine manufacturing to scene operation, the low altitude economic industry ecosystem in Hefei is accelerating its formation. As of now, Hefei has gathered 13 complete machine manufacturing enterprises and more than 300 supporting enterprises, forming an industrial cluster integrating research and development, manufacturing, sales, operation, and service. The application scenarios have gradually expanded from cultural tourism and unmanned aerial vehicle inspection to medical sample testing, island material supply, postal express delivery, instant delivery, and other fields.
Anhui is one of the first pilot provinces for low altitude airspace management reform in China. In recent years, it has strengthened top-level design, improved support policies, deepened scene integration and ecological cultivation, and the province's low altitude economy is accelerating its takeoff.
