On September 12th, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, the National Computing Power Interconnection Region (Hebei) node was officially launched, becoming the first regional node to be launched in the country.
As one of the core provinces for the development of computing power industry in China, Hebei Province has been continuously seizing the major opportunities of coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and the "East Data West Computing" project in recent years, and striving to build a highland for computing power supply. Relying on the two core computing power clusters of Langfang and Zhangjiakou, as well as important carriers such as the Xiong'an computing power hub, the province has formed a development pattern with abundant computing power supply, perfect industrial ecology, and prominent location advantages, providing a solid foundation for serving national computing power dispatch and supporting high-quality development of the digital economy.
The launch of the National Computing Interconnection Area (Hebei) node has opened up a key channel for Hebei to access the national unified computing market, promoting the unified scheduling and cross domain circulation of computing resources within the province, and strengthening Hebei's hub position in the national computing network. At the same time, the landing of the node in Xiong'an directly enhances the functional level of the national level computing hub in Xiong'an New Area, providing high-level computing power support for central enterprise headquarters, research institutes and other evacuation units, further highlighting its core node role in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei computing power network.
As the exclusive implementation entity of the National Computing Interconnection Area (Hebei) node, Hebei Mobile has been deeply involved in scheme design, technical demonstration, and implementation construction, continuously consolidating the foundation of the province's computing infrastructure, optimizing the computing network architecture, and providing full chain guarantee for nodes from application to activation.
At the conference, the National Computing Interconnection Region (Hebei) Node Computing Ecological Alliance was simultaneously established. The alliance is based on the computing power resources of Hebei Province, linking multiple entities such as industrial chain enterprises and research institutions, and carrying out deep cooperation around computing power scheduling, supply and demand docking, and scenario implementation, promoting cross regional circulation and sharing of computing power resources, and injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the digital economy.
