The relevant person in charge of the Social Insurance Management Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security introduced that during the "15th Five Year Plan" period, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will further enhance the accessibility and convenience of social insurance, improve the accuracy and inclusiveness of insurance policies, and establish a more standardized, collaborative, and safe insurance work system supported by information technology, in order to achieve effective improvement in the quality of insurance participation and sustained growth in quantity.
On the one hand, we need to continuously deepen institutional innovation and include more people in the scope of social security coverage. Promote the expansion of the pilot program for occupational injury protection nationwide, and include more new forms of employment in the scope of protection.
On the other hand, we need to create more convenient handling and management services. Build a social security management service system that is suitable for the characteristics of flexible employment personnel and platform employment personnel. We will deepen the digital transformation of social insurance management and fully utilize technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to enhance the level of precision in management.
In addition, it is necessary to strengthen policy promotion, interpretation, and consulting services. Through the "four in" activities of entering communities, villages, enterprises, and campuses, social security policies can be delivered to thousands of households, further enhancing the awareness of the public to fulfill their insurance payment obligations in accordance with laws and regulations, and safeguarding their legitimate social security rights and interests.
