The signing of this agreement marks a deep integration stage of the commercial system coordination in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region from "rule connection" to "digital intelligence empowerment" and "service co construction".
The registration departments of the three regions have proposed for the first time to jointly build an "e-registration" service brand. On the basis of fully implementing the unified document norms of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the three regions will further promote the mutual recognition and sharing of exemplary texts such as articles of association and partnership agreements, gradually expanding the scope of application of the "one set of standards, universal in all three regions", and forming a smoothly connected, transparent and efficient cross regional registration norms system. At the same time, promote mutual recognition of more result data such as the recognition of foreign-invested companies and the qualification certificates for e-commerce platform operation among the three regions.
The construction of a modern capital metropolitan area is of paramount importance in this cooperation. To empower Xiong'an New Area and deepen the collaborative construction of digital registration in Jingxiong, the three regions will establish the "Jingxiong Enterprise Chain".
The "Jingxiong Enterprise Chain" plans to adopt a model of enterprise data hashing on chain and localized storage of source data locally, improve cross domain data authorization retrieval and full traceability management system, and gradually achieve on chain certification, off chain sharing, and cross domain mutual recognition.
