The State Post Bureau released the survey report on satisfaction and timely delivery rate of express delivery services in 2025 on the 8th. The survey shows that the public satisfaction score for express delivery services in 2025 is 85.0 points, an increase of 0.4 points year-on-year. Among them, the satisfaction with indicators such as placing orders at express delivery service stations, environmentally friendly packaging, and personal information security protection has significantly improved, indicating that China has achieved remarkable results in promoting green delivery and express privacy services. From the perspective of delivery time, a survey shows that by 2025, the average time limit for express delivery services in key areas across the country will be 51.22 hours, a year-on-year decrease of 2.66 hours. The 72 hour delivery rate was 87.04%, an increase of 3.09 percentage points year-on-year. With the improvement of the basic network and the accelerated promotion of unmanned technology, the delivery time experience has been further optimized. From the perspective of service areas, by 2025, the service quality of cities in the western region will improve significantly, reflecting that with the acceleration of "e-commerce westward" and the continuous expansion of "free shipping areas", the development of express delivery service areas in China will be more coordinated.
