It is reported that this batch of goods adopts the newly promoted import and export goods sea rail intermodal transportation and water water intermodal transportation supervision mode by the General Administration of Customs, realizing the full process "one order system" circulation, marking the official landing of this pilot project in Guangxi. This will improve the efficiency of multimodal transportation of goods at ports, loading and unloading locations, and supervisory locations, effectively reduce logistics costs, and serve the new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation. Xie Minglan, the person in charge of the carrier company, said, "The new customs policy has truly achieved 'one commission, one order to the end, one box to the end'. The procedures that used to require multiple processing are now integrated, and data running replaces manual running. The predictability of goods in transit time is stronger, our scheduling is more flexible, and the overall cost is significantly reduced. In addition, the new policy also supports flexible adjustment of the loading location of goods after customs review during transportation; Allow the same batch of goods to be processed for departure procedures in batches; Support the unpacking and consolidation of eligible goods; If it is allowed to cancel the export of goods after the release of the multimodal transport application form, the goods do not need to be transported back to the place of origin. As the core hub of the Western Land Sea New Corridor, Guangxi has taken the lead in implementing a new regulatory model for multimodal transport, which not only further improves the efficiency of shore collection and distribution at Qinzhou Port, strengthens the radiating and driving role of international gateway ports, but also more accurately connects with the construction needs of Hainan Free Trade Port, optimizes the water and water transportation link from Qinzhou Port to Yangpu Port, and builds a more efficient and economical logistics channel for the import and export of foreign trade goods in the Southwest region through the linkage of the two ports.
